Refund Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This Refund Policy covers two distinct types of money: the subscription fees you pay Fastaar, and the customer payments you receive through Fastaar. They work very differently, so we cover them separately below.

1. Subscription fees

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you choose and are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, downgrades, or unused transaction/device allowances — except where required by applicable law. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

2. Customer payments

Fastaar does not hold, custody, or move customer funds. When a customer pays, the money is sent directly from the customer to your own bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay number (or, for gateway-based methods, settled directly by the provider to your configured account) — Fastaar only verifies and records the transaction. This means:

3. Payment disputes

Disputes between you and your customer over goods, services, or the amount owed are your responsibility to resolve. Fastaar is not a party to the underlying transaction and cannot mediate, arbitrate, or force a refund between you and your customer.

4. Gateway charges

If a payment method has a configured gateway/cash-out charge, that charge is set by you and paid by the customer as part of the amount due — Fastaar does not collect or refund gateway charges, as they are never received by us.

5. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about a specific subscription charge, can be sent through our contact page.
