Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 17, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fastaar ("Service", "we", "us"), a platform that lets merchants accept mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad) payments and forward payment confirmation SMS via the Fastaar Android app. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating a merchant account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Merchant responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the mobile financial service numbers you connect, the goods or services you sell, and your compliance with any applicable laws, including tax and consumer protection obligations. Fastaar does not hold or move funds on your behalf — payments are sent directly to your own MFS account by your customers. You are further responsible for ensuring your use of any mobile financial service number complies with that provider's own terms of service, including any restrictions on personal versus merchant/business account usage. Fastaar does not verify or guarantee your compliance with your MFS provider's account terms.

3. Mobile app & SMS access

Automatic payment verification requires pairing an Android phone with the Fastaar app, which requests SMS access on that device. By pairing a device, you confirm that:

4. Subscriptions and billing

Access to paid plans requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you choose and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice. See our Refund Policy for details on subscription fees and how customer payment refunds work.

5. Acceptable use

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fastaar harmless from any claims, penalties, or losses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or your MFS provider's terms — including any account suspension, penalty, or regulatory action taken against you by a bank, MFS provider, or government authority.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastaar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including payment disputes between you and your customers. Fastaar is a payment verification and notification tool; it does not act as a payment processor, aggregator, or custodian of funds, and makes no representation regarding your eligibility to receive business payments on any given MFS number.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
