Frequently asked questions

Do I need a bKash or Nagad merchant account?

No. A personal bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number works out of the box with SMS verification. If you have an official merchant account, that works too — both can be used side by side.

What payment providers do you support?

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — personal or merchant accounts — plus SSLCommerz and EPS for card, mobile banking, and internet banking. We're adding more providers regularly.

How does automatic payment verification work?

Pair the Fastaar app with the phone linked to your MFS number. When a customer pays, the confirmation SMS is forwarded securely and matched to the payment in seconds — no manual checking needed.

What happens if the SMS never arrives?

The payment stays in "awaiting verification." You can see the customer's TrxID in your dashboard and confirm or reject it manually — nothing is lost.

What does my website need to integrate?

Any backend that can make an HTTPS request. We provide PHP and JavaScript SDKs, plus copy-paste examples for popular stacks.

Is there a per-transaction fee?

No — just a flat monthly or yearly subscription. Your MFS provider's own cash-out fees still apply as normal.

Can I test before going live?

Yes. Create a test-mode API key and payments complete instantly on checkout with no real money or SMS, while webhooks fire exactly like production.
